Thai Foot Reflexology is a wonderful treatment which dates back more than three thousand years originating in China and is practiced all over Thailand today.

This two day course will teach you to perform a 60 minute Thai Foot Reflexology treatment. Anyone can learn this unique technique.

It is a massage of the lower legs and feet. Thai foot reflexology balances and harmonizes the flow of energy around the body via the sen (energy) lines of the feet and lower legs. ‘Sen’ lines, which are from the Ayurvedic tradition and are the equivalent to the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The techniques of Thai Foot Massage are thought to open these energy channels, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced and invigorated. Thai Foot Massage is very thorough in its techniques and is generally provided as a proactive way of maintaining and improving health.

Foot reflexology uses hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and a rounded wooden stick with lotion or oil.

You will receive the following:

Manual with step by step instructions and photos
Chart of the feet depicting all the reflex zones
Wooden Thai foot massage stick
Certificate

Price 2 days €150 per person (accommodation not included)
